When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional company, and message body you provide. We use this information solely to reply to you and, where you continue into an engagement, to deliver that work.

When you visit modulaa.ai we collect product analytics through PostHog. PostHog is configured with person_profiles: "identified_only", meaning no personal profile is created for anonymous visitors. Event data (page views, scroll depth, CTA clicks) is used solely to improve the site and is not shared with third parties.

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, send proposals, and conduct engagements. We use analytics data to understand how the site is being used so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver an engagement you have explicitly agreed to (for example, a subcontractor under NDA).

We use the following third-party services to deliver the site and respond to inquiries. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

Resend, transactional email delivery for the contact form.

Slack, internal notification of new contact-form submissions.

Cal.com, 30-minute intro-call scheduling.

Vercel, site hosting.

Upstash (Vercel KV), rate-limit storage. Stores hashed IP addresses only; no message content.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to maintain the relationship, then deleted. Engagement records are retained per the terms of the relevant engagement agreement. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it. To make any of these requests, email us using the address below.
